When booking an elective ultrasound session through our online booking system:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment for applicable sessions.
• The deposit is forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not show up.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.
• Payment is processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By submitting payment, you agree to GoDaddy Payments' terms of service.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case your deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.
