How to Refer a Patient

Send Your Order

Fax or call in your order with the patient's name, date of birth, study requested, clinical indication, and your contact information.

We Schedule the Patient

Our team contacts the patient directly to schedule their appointment at a convenient time. We handle all scheduling communication.

Exam is Performed

A registered sonographer performs the study. Images are reviewed by a board-certified radiologist.

Report Delivered

The final report is sent to your office within 24–72 hours. Critical findings are communicated by phone immediately.
